Hi All,

We have had a rough couple of weeks banging through some pesky bugs, and as many of you have noticed, when we roll out a patch for them, sometimes other things end up breaking. In fact, some of you may even think or have posted, “The devs are slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter.” I can appreciate that point of view as a gamer myself because peanut butter can really slow turtles down. And living in this day and age where we can get our hands on things instantly it’s simply no fun waiting for a development team to fix bugs on a game that many of you have spent your hard earned cash on. But the point to focus on, is that we’re rolling out fixes as quickly as we can.

If I could direct your attention to the image above; there are a few things about this image – one, it’s a preview for a new Minotaur in expansion 23! It is coming, and no I won’t give you a date yet. Second, it’s how I like to envision our dev team squashing the issues as they rear their face. But, you’ll notice that the fellow he’s running over is a zombie. Now we all love zombies, right? But the thing about zombies is that they are friggin hard to kill. And sometimes when you think you have killed them, the just get back up, slowly, but they get back up. And I really hate it when they steal your horse!

Pox is going through some growing pains and wading through some zombie herds – however, we’re making the game better for the long haul. The NUX, the in game store, and other things we have promised you and work to deliver on are all part of making the game more stable for the long run. Growing pains are slow. Growing pains take time and don’t feel good – but the reward at the end is achieving that growth which makes one stronger and equipped for whatever one may run into in the future.

We are working and doing our best to kill the zombies as they get back up. I want to personally thank all the fellow players that have joined with us in that and work to help us make this game better – THANK YOU. You all know who you are.

Oh and one last thing for a few of you – Please help us and keep your feedback constructive.

“Be the change you want to see in the world”

Cheers

Hawk
