A pure support unit, lacking a basic attack or any way to directly cuase damage. The portalmage is a staple of the Tortun theme for many. Shortly after being deployed it can accumulate enough charges to summon it's first Tortalleon Pygmy: a summon that can often pay for the portalmage itself. He can summon one every 5 rounds (10 turns), which can be incredible amount of tough meat for you to hurl at your enemy. Meanwhile, the Portalmage can heal your other tortuns 10HP per round to help to sustain your other champions.
The two main downsides of portalmage are the delay between his deployment & summoning, and his low speed that can delay early game in some maps. The ease at which he can be killed by ranged champions (because of Easy Target) can also be a problem against without propper planning.
