History
Came out with the Drums of War expansion. It used to have 8 range (though this is being discussed in the forums).
Analysis
Recommended Builds: Regeneration 2 and Health 1 for better survivability.
It's cheap range though the damage is not that high. This can be changed with Rage Band which also makes Recoil obsolete. Even after several expansions and general powercreep the Skeezick Cannoneer is still a very good rune, run by many Sundered Lands players, includ the top-ranked.
