The reason I created one is it seems to me it requires much more clicking to do it manually. To me, going to a page, typing categories, then hitting ok, then hitting save, and repeating for every page you want to add the category to is more work. (In addition, by composing a list of runes, that list can be reused later on if necessary.)
I have no issue with you doing it manually, but I wanted to inform you of the option in case you preferred doing it this way instead.
Do you want to spend some time testing out specific interactions? (For example, what works while pacified, what hunter abilities trigger on, and so on.) It would be nice to have a case by case breakdown for abilities whose rule text is incorrect in many cases.
I completely didn't process the patch notes as things to update. I'll try to remember to do so, but if you want to post on my wall "remember to update wiki with the patch notes" if I forget that would help make sure it gets done.
The main reason I'm sitting on the recent release for a few days is because I feel like things may change between now and a few days. Same deal with the savage rework.
I am removing the categories from new player guide by preventing them from transcluding in. New players to the game who are still learning what fonts and nora don't need to worry about what abilities cause incorporeal or successful attacks yet.
I made a category called "Category Reference" to put them in for now, but you can rename that however you want. I just didn't want to leave them outside a category because then it would be hard to track down all of them.
If you are interested in putting abilities into "Basic attack", "Nonbasic attack", or "Basic attack required", "Successful attack required", those are categories I think are needed. (Not necessarily for deckbuilding, but for new players.)
I will probably do this at some point if you're not interested, but I think it's important.
Sure, the problem here is that split runes aren't being correctly adressed as belonging to two factions, so the problem is limited to those I already fixed, I believe. I am making other kind of categorization now.
