Healing Breath is actually an amazing ability -- it can group heal or group cleanse (or both!) for 3 AP. If you're facing this, use a minor negative condition first, the opponent may just deal with it. If your opponent uses Healing Breath, you can use a more major negative conditions while Healing Breath is on cooldown.
