This is not a champ you can just throw into a BG. There are however a lot of ways to take advantage of how blood fueled works. AP generation for example gives him a way to get in a lot more attacks. If you can get him going he has a high damage for low cost.

This champion came out during the Path to Conquest expansion. He was released with no cooldown on Blood Fueled, which was widely viewed as imbalanced. He was nerfed shortly after to have a cooldown of 1 on Blood Fueled and unable to use it on deploy.
