Champions who have this negative ability are mainly used in race decks. Still it is very hard to make use of such a champion, because he is a bad first turn draw, and when all your champions of the needed race are dead the enemy can harass you badly. However it also grants a huge discount to the nora cost of champions, so if you can negate the risks it can make for some very efficient champions.
