Dan Kopycienski is an award-winning game designer and serial game entrepreneur at the forefront of interactive media and entertainment. In 1998 he founded Octopi, and eventually created and designed PoxNora.
He studied at the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1992, and before founding Octopi, he worked as designer and/or art director on several companies. After selling Octopi to SoE, he found Kihon games, a company focused "in developing highly addictive casual games for mobile devices and social networks. Kihon was founded by a close knit group of industry professionals based out of Tucson Arizona."
