Poison clouds are a terrain effect that works dealing 6 poison damage to any champion, friend or foe who steps in. They are great when used in conjuction of poison eater champions, and offensively, when it's paired with space by space forced movement, mostly knockback and some forms of relocating abilities like dragging attack and forced movement abilities, like repulsion.

Note that spells or abilities that creates poison clouds aren't dealing damage, they are creating a damage terrain, and so they bypass things like combat awareness, weaken spells, spell resistance and IS faction bonus, among others
