One Angel was released for each faction as a Mid-term Release as part of the Ancient Awakenings expansion. When they were originally released individually for purchase, their rarity was Exotic and not Limited Edition. After the Mid Term sale there was quite the upset that these champs were no longer available for purchase, since players believed they would be available in the next expansion's packs. These were the first LE for SoE, not Octopi, to say they'll never rerelease.
Of the Angels, the Angel of Restoration was one of the most hated, Grimlic's Mirror and Elite Blade's flooded the meta. It is this same combo that yielded the Angel of Restoration the highest Nora cost and highest stats out of all the angels during the revamp. That was good news to many KF players, though not all were fans, what was not good news however was the dev's decisition to give the Angel of Restoration the ability Restore and took away Charge 1. That change pushed her away from the front lines, we don't see her in play as much as we used to, and for many non KF players that's a good thing.
